Shoe Lifts- Air Cushion Heel Lift Insoles. 5cm Taller

Wear them in my trainers and are very comfortable, adding a good inch to my 5'8 frame

I might have been to heavy for them! The heel squashed down causing pain in the bridge of my foot. I’m 6.4 at 19stone, why I was trying to be taller, but sounded cool.

Could've been more firmer and compact

After breaking my ankle I was given a support boot to wear on that foot. This made my left foot much higher than the right so I bought these to put in the right shoe. They worked well, but even with only the main insole in place it raised my foot so much that the heel of the shoe flopped about and was insecure. With the extra piece in place my heel came above the top of my shoes. However, putting the main insole in a walking boot raised my foot to the height needed to compensate for the protective ankle boot. I wouldn't recommend these insoles for going onto normal shoes as I think they could be dangerous, but they were perfect for what I needed, used inside a lace up boot

Surprisingly fantastic; I'd seen a few bad reviews for not just this product, but many of the 'concealed elevated heel' products on Amazon. However, these were a perfect fit for my 10 1/2 size shoes without any alterations needed. They are very comfortable, and with a bit of loosening around the laces, I can squeeze both components snugly and discretely inside my shoe. They provide a considerable increase to the *appearance* of height, and yet are subtle enough that it would be unlikely for people to observe an obvious difference before/after (unless they are your significant other). If you're planning on using both parts and making use of the full 2 inches, it's worth investing on a type of shoe that has slightly higher ankles, i.e. sneakers, boots etc, or a slightly larger size shoe, otherwise your foot may only be halfway inside the shoe! Great product, and I'll likely purchase a few more pairs for some of my other shoes, because let's be honest, a cheeky little extra height can make a real difference as a man.

Its a decent product, lightly less height than advertised since the red "padding" bit deflates when you put your heel on it. Fits well in the shoe, my one gripe being that the padding bit rubs against the inside of the side of the shoe, wearing it away slowly. Given enough time this will actually create a hole in the side of your shoe. Fortunately I was getting new shoes right as this started to happen, but I can already see the effects happening on my new shoes.

I'm a transgender man whose genetics are a tad on the short side, so I've always been self-conscious of my height. I was told about these shoe lifts by a post on Tumblr and just had to buy one.They arrived on time and actually fit my size 3 tiny feet (which was a surprise even for me!) - They're comfortable, adjustable, and actually adds quite an observable amount to my height. I can stand with my cis-male peers and not look too out of place now, which I'm ecstatic about and helped out my dysphoria TONNES.10/10 would recommend to other people self-conscious about their height. These are super comfortable and discreet.
