LOVE, TRUST, AND FRIENDSHIP
Wow, I absolutely loved this sweet, clean, contemporary romance. Throw in surprises, shocks, struggles, disappointments, new chances, discoveries, and finding love. It doesn’t take long when you go from broke to so filthy rich that the users come out of the woodwork, and also you learn who is a true friend, and who is a user.“When one door closed another one opened, right?”Tyler Howe is a man who works two jobs and still can’t get his head above water, but he does it to support himself and his mother. She has raised him as a widow, giving him a secure childhood and now he is taking care of her. A stop for gasoline, a candy bar, and a lottery ticket will change his life. His boss thinks he stole the candy, fires him, and when he gets home, Mama sees the lottery ticket, and the numbers match to win.“Just keep going, it will be alright.”Rachel Thorpe left her home and family in Kansas to move to Eureka, Texas to work as an interior designer in a prestigious company. New to town, she is given two jobs, one to do a nursery, the other work with a man on his home. The nursery is easy, but her other client, Mr. Howe, is a shock when she meets him, and he won’t give her any direction as to what he wants, just asking her to put something together. The story brings Tyler and Rachel together, and it is a strained working relationship, but also one that intrigues each of them. He asks her out, and she refuses his request, saying she can’t date a client, so he will fire her and hire her back, numerous times. He convinces her that if she wants to know about him to design his home, she needs to spend time with him. The more time they spend together, the closer they become. Rachel is cautious and doesn’t want to ruin her chances with her new job. Tyler has been used and hurt by people he thought were his friends over money, so he needs to know that Rachel isn’t like them. The relationship is clean between Tyler and Rachel, and they discover they have much in common, including both liking to hunt. Clara, his mother, really likes Rachel too, and they develop a friendship. That doesn’t mean that Rachel isn’t cautious and there is plenty of misunderstandings, angst, and confusion along the way. Before Rachel can think of allowing their friendship to become a relationship, she needs to complete the job, with him being wowed by her dedication to the job. When it is complete, what will happen? Will they be able to declare their feelings?“She trusted the feelings between them and relied on that. It didn’t take a diamond to solidify a relationship; it took love, trust, and friendship—things that they had in spades.”The story is a stand-alone with a happily ever after ending.

I absolutely loved this book! What a great story so original but very true to life. I could not stop reading until the very end! I highly recommend this book. I love Ginny Sterlings books she is an amazing author. This will be a book that I go back to and re-read over and over. There are so many romantic lines and scenes that just make you feel happy and a few that make you mad. This book has all the feels. I loved the ending! I can’t wait to read the next book. Please never stop writing you bring so many hours of joy reading your books.

Rachel and Tyler
Fun and interesting story with the hick billionaire. It was different than most of the billionaire books of read. I enjoyed that it was a little surprising and not entirely predictable.

Sweet, Tender and Swoon-ey!
The banter between these two made my heart flutter. His flirting is a dream. I appreciate the authors having the relationships of both moms as a key part of the story.

second read
Wow Ginny Terling knows how to get the emotions and tears flowing. Another twist on the normal romances too. A redneck guy and a farm girl. The farm girl tries hard to hide her origins but she is still a farm girl at heart. Great read and I totally enjoyed it.

Loved this story
Great story of a poor guy not letting wealth rule him. It is a very hood love story, as all of Ginny Stirlings, stories are. Humor, misunderstanding and love all in one book.

Never give up
It doesn't matter if two people come from the same social status or different levels of society. True love can happen if both want it bad enough. Such a loving story!!!

I love this book!
Everything about it was great, but the characters are wonderfully likeable. I think Ginny is one of the best at creating interesting situations and believable people. One of her best!

Fine
A really good story. Starts really rough and shows how money us not always the answer you think it will be. Relationship is what matters.
