These movers make it soooo easy for me at 5' and 120 lbs (64 years old) to push around 300-400 lb furniture whenever necessary. I bought the larger size to put under the legs of my couch which doubles as a large futon with storage underneath so it's pretty heavy. Now when my grandson comes over for a sleepover I can easily glide the couch away from the wall and open the futon. I also have smaller moving men under a very large, 400lb solid oak and granite-top coffee table... takes four men to carry it. With these under each foot of the coffee table (which is in front of the couch), I can easily glide the table by myself to get it out of the way. I highly recommend these moving men (sliders) for all furniture. I recently moved several desks around that were full of files and offices supplies. I didn't have to remove anything from the draws or files as the sliders make it so easy to just push things around. I've used mine on carpet mostly. They also come in a soft material for hardwood floors, which I've not used. My little 'moving men' have saved a lot of time, pain in the back and knees, having to find help, etc. Note, I leave mine under each leg permanently so I don't have to lift anything in the future in case I want to move things, and they barely show. If you think you may be moving furniture around a lot I recommend just leaving them under each leg. Otherwise you will have to lift each corner of the furniture (which is a 2 person job) every time you want to use them. These are perfect for people who live alone or may be physically challenged in some way (small, short, weak, old, etc), or even for guys who don't want to strain their back or knees. Best thing I've ever discovered. They contribute to your independence.

I brought a adjustable bed and had delivery driver put othese on bottom of post I have hardwood floors and it would not budge. SO it didnt work on my hardwood floors, I also brought at the same time the felt type and he placed those I could move the bed, not glide, but easily movable. Ill use these for something else. Maybe they are better for the carpet.

Very helpful when moving furniture that is a little heavy. I use the discs and leave them under the furniture as it makes it a lot easier for cleaning the rugs and moving the furniture.

I had to move two very heavy old wood dressers on thick carpet. once I got these sliders under at the corners, the move was a breeze. I am very happy with purchase. I am not strong like a body builder or the hulk, so for me these really helped to move the furniture that needed to be moved.

These are perfect for what I wanted them for. I have a very heavy couch. The only problem is that my couch has six legs which means I have to buy another package. It would be better for me if they came in packages of either six or two. Either way, I like them a lot and they were shipped promptly.

these had great reviews so I assumed this would be something I would love however I did not think they were that great and could not keep the object on the slider. This worked better for me Magic Sliders 39719 Nonskid Caster Cup . It says non skid, but they slide like a champ.

I found it hard to find sliders this size. They are just perfect for the piece of furniture I need to be able to move to clean behind. They move fine on the carpet and it is a heavy piece so I take it slowly.

It does the job.
