3)Fairly easy to assemble
Pros:1)Arrived earlier than expected.2)No parts were missing.3)Fairly easy to assemble.Cons:1)Many parts were cracked or broken.2)Had to be creative on fixing those shortcomings which took longer to assemble.3)Chicken wire was ripped.4)Moderate quality of wood.Overall it is not the best quality but good enough for $199. I would not recommend this for those with 5 or more chickens.

and hinges look like they may fall out
Arrived with damage. The cleaning tray was broken and both latches were ripped out of the wood. My husband felt repairing it would be less hassle than a return. Assembly proved insanely frustrating with wood cracking multiple times as screws were put in and parts not lining up correctly. It is up now and its obvious this is not going to last. Doors are flimsy, there are gaps in places there should not be, and hinges look like they may fall out. Also very small. This will be a snug fit for four adult chickens.

Small and cheap
Very small and not very sturdy. Cheaply made. If your chickens are very big at all should only be used for two chickens at most.

Pretty good coop
Pretty good coop, especially for the price. It came with some of the parts drilled backwards, so I had to redrill some holes and such, not entirely unexpected. It went together in 1.5 hours. I added my own frame around the bottom from 2x4 material to provide a much sturdier coop. Now it can be moved about. Without additional support it's a bit flimsy. It's been through some pretty big rainstorms, it has stayed perfectly dry inside thus far.

Enjoy.
Definitely not a $500 coop as stated. It said I saved $200 and I bought it at $300. Time will tell if it will last through western PA winters and was worth even this price. I’ll check in later if it starts falling apart. Went together very easy with my wife and I taking our time. About 2 1/2 hours. Packing was laughable !!!!!! Corners of both boxes shredded!!! And the rest of the boxes smashed and creased. 2 boxes total.UPS driver, who was great, thought for sure there was damage. He and I checked and to our surprise a couple of scratches on one panel I could live with. I really lucked out.At this point I would buy again. It’s good looking and it’s for my granddaughters. You’ll need to caulk some. Such as screws on roof and at the ridge. The bottom of the nesting area will need to be screwed down as raccoons will easily push it up and enter. Not a big deal. Maybe I missed something. Or they did. But the coons won’t. !!!Barrel bolts that hold doors closed are alright, but I changed them to hasps and carrabeaners. Width includes the nesting box and not actual fenced in area. You’ll need to make a door for the top of the ramp for the winter if you think it’s necessary. All in all not a lot of work. There was a couple of other things, I forget at this point. But not a big deal. We like it a lot. 3 stars now. Subject to change. I never give reviews. However, this is a first review. So I went for it.

Coop looks good except packaging could of been better
Coop looks okay except packaging could of been better. Some parts were busted and for $300 I expected better packaging. Also not sure if I could hold 8 birds 4-5 for sure. I have 7 so we will see how many will be comfortable. We will see how it holds in the Vegas heat.Okay so now that I've had it up for a week I am extremely dissatisfied! Holds 4 birds tops! Have to fix one of the roosts because the wood is broken. Don't waste your money!

As expected for the price.
Slightly flimsy, but what I would expect at the price point we paid for it. Assembly was straight forward and easy for one person. We’ll see how it holds up but I would not expect to get more than two years out of it. Coop can hold 4 birds for full time residence, 6 if you allow for a fair mount of free range time. Built in such a way that it will be easy to repair.
