worked great
If you're considering a 30-day intestinal cleanse for gut health and overall well-being, it's crucial to approach it with caution and consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new regimen. While some people may find benefits from certain cleansing programs, others may experience negative effects or complications. Here are a few general tips to consider:Consult with a healthcare professional: Before starting any cleanse or detox program, it's essential to speak with a doctor or qualified healthcare provider. They can evaluate your individual health needs, medical history, and current medications to determine if a cleanse is safe and appropriate for you.Research the cleanse: Look for reputable sources of information about the specific cleanse you're considering. Be cautious of programs that make exaggerated claims or promise unrealistic results. Look for evidence-based information and reviews from reliable sources.Consider your goals: Think about why you want to do a cleanse and what you hope to achieve. Are you looking to improve digestion, boost energy levels, or address specific health concerns? Understanding your goals can help you choose a cleanse that aligns with your needs.Focus on whole foods: Instead of relying solely on supplements or specialized products, consider incorporating whole, nutrient-rich foods into your diet to support gut health. Foods like fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats can provide essential nutrients and support digestive health.Stay hydrated: Drinking plenty of water is essential for overall health and can support the body's natural detoxification processes. Aim to drink at least eight glasses of water per day, and consider adding herbal teas or infused water for added hydration and flavor.Listen to your body: Pay attention to how your body responds during the cleanse. If you experience any adverse effects, such as digestive discomfort, fatigue, or changes in bowel habits, stop the cleanse and consult with a healthcare professional.

I want to purge the junk I eat and get a fresh start
I take prescription, traditional, prescribed medicine. I want to try some of these natural and other nontraditional methods. I was advised by the doctor not to mix the two. However, my plan is to give natural products a try. My method is to take tradition medicines on a twelve-hour basis. Then take natural medicine on the in-between 6 hours basis. I will need to get up during the night to take the natural medicines but I am awake periodically during the night. These natural medicines are mostly unregulated. So, I look for supplements and vitamins that are GMP (General Manufacturing Procedure) accredited. I also check for third party testing. Additionally, I prefer supplements and vitamins made and manufactured in the USA.I recommend to look for this statement or one like it in any product you select:“American Quality: Proudly manufactured in a GMP-certified facility in the USA, our supplements or vitamins undergo rigorous quality checks to ensure consistency and safety. Our products are meticulously manufactured in a GMP-certified facility and undergo rigorous third-party lab testing to ensure their safety and efficacy. We are confident in the quality of our products and are committed to addressing any concerns or dissatisfaction promptly and effectively.”

Works as a laxative
I couldn't make it the full 15 days. These really work like they say. You take them at night and the next morning, you're ready to go. Don't worry, nothing will happen while you're sleeping. I tried to do the full 15 days but the cramps were just too much. I have not lost any weight and have not noticed any less bloating, but as a cleanse, I think these work.

I felt better after using this.
This is my review of the Tonic Intestinal Cleanse from the Youth & Tonic Store:1. I did not experience any cramping or bloating.2. It did not work as an “overnight cleanse” for me exactly, but it did produce several loose bowel movements.3. I did find that I could not take the 2 capsules per day as stated. Luckily, I work from home, or it might have been a problem.4. I can say that I felt lighter and less bloated after this. It did make me feel better.5. I wanted to try this before I started taking a probiotic. I am straightening out my gut and thought this would be a good place to start.6. I drank plenty of water with the capsules.7. In looking at the active ingredients list, I feel like it contains some good things.I can picture myself using this again in a few months as a refresher.

Great Cleanse Supplement That's Very Gentle
I have never tried an intestinal cleanse before, but decided to give it a shot after a month or two of feeling a bit backed up and overall intestinal distress. I came across these Youth & Tonic (new brand to me!) Intestinal Cleanse Supplements and decided to give it a whirl. I followed the directions on the first night. I was a little worried that I'd be up all night, but I wasn't! I woke up the next day and after my breakfast, it kicked in. I've taken these for 7 days and they seem to do exactly what they say they will. I feel less backed up, less gassy and overall "lighter" and less crampy. I'm very happy with these, but I don't think I can go the whole 15 days!NOTE: I would definitely suggest taking these at a time when you can work from home and you're not going on any vacations or anything like that to make sure you're near a comfy bathroom!
