Q: Work togethet with battery charger

Are you sure you need a dual battery charge controller? This is intended to be used with two INDEPENDENT batteries that have no common connection except possibly for the ground wires. Most RVs have an interconnect that allows charging both the house batteries and the chassis battery from a single source. If you are using this primarily for your two 12V house batteries wired in parallel, you don't need a dual battery controller because the two batteries appear to the controller as a single larger battery. The dual battery feature would be very useful for a twin screw outboard engine boat where each engine has its own starting battery.

Sure, I have 6 panels and 8 batteries

Yes I use it on two different batteries at one time. They must be 12 volt. It senses voltage from each battery. And sends it independently from each channel.

Q: What is the difference between max pv input power and max solar input voltage? i have three parallel panels 2x17.5v and 1x18.5v this will work?

max pv input power refers to the total power of the solar panel, the unit is W, such as 200W max solar input voltage refers to the total open circuit voltage VOC of the solar panel, the unit is V ，such as 18.5V
