Q: Is this horn suitable for 24v?

I'm not sure but there are truck horns if you research them online. I bought several of these tornados, one for each car I have, and to be honest I was very disappointed. They claim 150db when its only 92db. There's a delay in the blast from pushing the horn button until it sounds from the horn One tornado packed up as water got in where the terminals are and corroded it away inside. I've now replaced this one with the second one and wrapped a plastic bag around it(sweat is better than a shower of rain)

Q: How do i fit the 20a fuse when my horn fuse is combined with 'stop' and 'turn' all sharing a 7.5a fuse? and where does the relay go?

I believe the correct way to do this would be to leave the existing fuse as is. The existing horn connection would go on to the relay and a dedicated 20A feed to the battery provides the power to the horn via the switch side of the relay.
