Ok, I am not a smoker and got this for a friend who wanted to quit. I was given one to have because I do vape. This thing is so awesome. Here are some pros: 1. Taste good and refreshing peppermint flavor, 2. No smoke or vape 3. Small and convenientSo far have had no issues with it and it gives the satisfaction of vaping. I've noticed the flavor wears pretty quickly though. Kind of sucks because they are spendy for the few days of use, but I do like it. Def recommend.

In my honest opinion, this is not worth the purchase. Although it smells delicious and has somewhat a relaxing quality to it. I can’t say that I’d recommend this to someone serious enough about quitting. Left me with a mental feeling that made me want to start over and grab a cigarette just because.

I had a lot of issues with shipping but that’s not their fault. The product is amazing, it tastes pretty good. If you’re addicted to menthol more than you are nicotine, this product will no doubt get you to quit. The people complaining about “the flavor not lasting” doesn’t put the lid on it when they’re done.

Great concept but doesn’t really do anything. Flavor is barely there it honestly just feels like a straw. I would say it’s good if you barely have a smoking issue. If your fighting a strong addiction, worthless.

Cool BUT! They are like inhaling plastic fums. Even though they have a spearmint flavor, the plastic taste is awful!!

This is exactly what I was looking for to quit vaping. It has a bit of resistance on the inhale so it feels like hitting a vape and it just has a nice minty flavor. Makes your mouth taste like you just brushed your teeth. So far it’s really helped with the cravings and the habit of that “hand to mouth” oral fixation. I would give it 5 stars but it’s crazy overpriced for what it is and recapping both ends every time is kind of annoying. Other than that it’s really perfect. It doesn’t produce any kind of vapor or anything so if you’re buying it expecting that you’ll be disappointed.

It's like breathing through a slightly flavored straw. They're absolutely not for anyone trying to quit smoking or vaping. I am trying to quit smoking and I ordered these to try and help kick the habit and I feel like I wasted my money entirely. I would definitely not recommend these if you are trying to quit... 1/10 only because the flavor is noticeable

I am attempting to quit, again. These have the drag of a cigarette which has been great. The flavor is there but not overpowering. The size is similar to a full flavor regular cigarette. It is small enough to fit in your pack of cigarettes so you can grab it instead of a real cig. Very convenient. I catch myself going to flick off the ashes when using it. Also it last a long time if you refill it yourself. Remove the two main pieces and add a couple drops of food grade peppermint extract and there you go. Awesome value for the money when you learn how to refill it yourself. Definitely recommend. As far as quitting, that's a work in progress, but this is helping.
