ASICSUnisex Throw PRO 3 Track & Field Shoe

My son throws discus and shot. His feet are quite large (either a 14 or 15) and they are very wide! It has almost been impossible to find throwing shoes to fit him. Then along came these beautiful ASCIS! He has thrown in them for several months and they are holding up great! For reference, his last pair of nikes lasted less than the spring season, as he was busting out of the sides. These ASCIS also feel more sturdy than his last few pairs which seem very flimsy. Thank you ASCIS for this great throwing shoe!

Every throwing shoe I’ve purchased has been too narrow in the toe box. This shoe is the best fit yet

Great shoe, quality is really good. Sole is smooth with little grip for walking on semi wet surfaces but does not interfere with your spin. (If that makes sense) also lightweight.Really impressed

These shoes fit wide feet fantastic and are comfortable to throw in. When it comes to spinning for discus they are a little slow compared to the Nike rotational throwing shoes. If you have a super smooth or wet throwing ring they are perfect and will keep you from slipping and have a great combination of grip/spin. If you’re throwing in a rougher ring they like to stick a little more but are still 100x better than throwing in running shoes. Overall I like them but I’d classify them as an entry level spinning shoe or a great backup for a slick or wet ring.
