I put a decent amount of effort into taking care of my body and skin via exercise, healthy eating and skin care. I'm 39, so a collagen assist was definitely in order. Why not add a little tastiness into the mix?These gummies are a tasty way to do just that (the cute star shape doesn't hurt). I can't say that I've noticed a difference in my fine lines but my skin has a nice, healthy looking radiance to it and I feel good about taking them. Plus my nails are growing like crazy (normally they break). I look forward to taking these every day. A tasty, good for me treat, at only 20 calories.
