Very happy with this product. Just over 2 weeks in and my fine lines and wrinkles seem to have improvement, even my frown line. I will be continuing to take the supplements in the hope to keep youthful skin. My hair seems to have thickened up too.

Whilst I can't vouch for any perimenopausal balance achieved with these capsules, I have definitely noticed a positive difference with my skin, especially on my hands. So this supplement does work. I have found the capsules quite difficult to swallow though so might consider switching back to powder in future. At 3 capsules a day you only get 1 month's supply so it isn't the cheapest way to take collagen but if want to experience the benefits of collagen without the taste of powder these are for you.

I am quite young for very suddenly being thrust into quite full on perimenopause. I have been prescribed an SSRI from the GP and they are taking the edge off but not fully. I am looking for a slightly less extreme method that upping the dosage - I left it a full month before beginning these as I don't want to overload and I also want to know whats working and what is helping. Having been on them for a couple of weeks I would say that they are having a positive effect - certainly enough that I am going to continue to take them long term. Not the cheapest for a months supply but equally worth every penny to help me feel more like me again.

As a woman of a certain age I've reached those dreaded years of the menopause. First time trying these and as yet have not noticed any diffence but I have only been taking them a few daysThey are easy to swallow and there is no nasty taste, only time will tell if they are any good
