Great product for sore achy muscles, or tension relief. Comparable to DoTerra Deep Blue, but this product is 1/3 the cost.

I have nostalgia paresthetica and nothing seems to work. This item works a little bit but I need something really strong that I feel the burn to really seep into my muscles. Capsaicin is the recommendation however my body has become use to the burning but I keep using anything that has capsaicin
