I very much recommend it, as an adult who needs a fidget gadget.I've got a few fidget gadgets now, this one is my favourite and most used.Fits really well, on the second try.I had to replace the first one because I ordered too big but now I've got the right size its.jist right.Really helps me maintain attention.The rotations works fine, both move independently.It's quiet.It'll clink a little if you do it fast or tap it as you do. It'll feel like it's scraping if you press hard.Whilst wearing it, I like to try and hold one band still with a finger then rotate the other with my thumb.

the ring itself looked ok, i measured my finger as per instructions but when it came it was even too big for my thumb! so go smaller is my advise.Also if its for a gift the nice looking box on the advert is completely covered in a big white wrap around sticker which leaves a residue.....
