Briggs New York Women's Flare Leg Pant

I'm 5'7" 205 lbs hourglass shape. It is nearly impossible to find a pair of pants that fits well. My weight has fluxuated greatly (165-215 lbs) over the past 8 years, and I have purchased this this brand and style of pants in multiple sizes. This style is my favorite, no matter what I look good and feel amazing in them.My work dress code is business casual. I push that to the limits of casual on a daily basis. I wear these with plain cap sleeve tops and converse tennis shoes on an average day. I've also worn them standardly, with dress shoes and dressier top. The pants fit in both situations and are my go-to daily wear. The flare at the bottom help balance out my hips, but it's not so wide I have to worry about it getting stuck in a gurney or tripping over it.I'm clerical in a large medical center and run the halls as frequently as I sit. These pants have enough give in the waist so thatare comfortable both during long sedentary sessions at my desk. Of course they're not the most breathable fabric, then again what dress pants really are? They passed my test as they weren't sticking to my legs after running up several flights of stairs between departments or a hot flash.I've had several pairs of these pants for years, and they take a beating. I haven't had any issues with seams pulling apart or fabric wear/thinning. I've had to repair a button once, but after 5 years (and weight gain) I think say that has more to do with my love of carbs than anything to do with manufacturing.While these are at the upper end of my price range, they have been a sound investment. These are the most comfortable, durable, and most flattering dress pants I own.

I love these dress pants. They have amazingly spacious front pockets I mean I can fit a ton of stuff in there although would not recommend since it will be bulky lol. Overall though the design and cut is wonderful and fits like a dream on a curvy girl with big hips and booty and a smaller waist. They are amazingly comfortable and flowy as well even when bending or squatting. The one complaint I have is that the size chart isn't quite accurate. I went by the size chart when choosing which size to buy and ended up buying a size bigger than I would normally wear because those were closest to my measurements but when the pants arrived they were a little on the big side and I should have stayed with my normal size. Otherwise I love them!

These are the perfect black dress pants. I loved the way that they fit, not too tight, and the length was perfect for me. I liked that the waistband itself seemed more comfortable than other dress pants I've wore. The flare wasn't too wide either. I did size up just to be on the safe side because I needed to wear these the very next day, so they were pretty loose in the waist, otherwise I would say these are true to size.

Pants fit great in the leg and butt and the length is awesome. I’m about 155, 5’4 and I got a size 10. The material is real dress pant material with a zipper and buttons and everything! Plus front and back pockets.But the waist has so much material!!!!! It bunches up in my back and it’s almost touching my bra cause I have to pull them up so high. The entire pant minus the waist is a size 10, the waist is closer to a size 12/14. The whole area above my underwear like feels like I have a massive bulk of diaper. Really uncomfortable but imma keep them cause no one makes real dress pants- it’s only the yoga material crap now and those are grossly unprofessional.

After one wash (pre-wear) the seam inside one of the pockets was split. After one wear the seam on the zipper came apart. I imagine any additional wearings will result in more split and ripped seams.These pants are very cheaply made and I would recommend avoiding them. Unfortunately you can't return worn items.

Nice fit .. well made .. comfortable fabric .. fabric not too heavy or light. Nice flow in legs but a bit too long as I don’t wear heels. For those who do perfect length.

LOVE these pants, will literally cry if they ever discontinue them. Work in a fast paced and sometimes dirty environment at a car dealership and these are perfect work pants! Quality fabric, true to size, flattering cut and the best part NO BELT NEEDED!! My body type is long legs, belly no butt so I always had to wear a belt before finding these pants. They are incredibly comfy and stay up because of this think elastic around the waistband inside. No one knows it's there but you! Have purchased dozens of these over the years. Please buy them so they stay in business until I retire! Haha.
