9 months. Be sure baby can sit well and always feed them when the baby is seated at the table/high chair. They are a good for baby to practice picking up and putting into their mouth. That is usually closer to 9 months.

2.1 oz in each container, and that is a lot. Measures out to 4 1/2 cups in each container.
