I am in rehab right now for my knees and this is something they want me to do…It’s perfect and feels good afterwards, very sturdy . Definitely recommend.

Best product ever purchased off of Amazon
You won't go wrong with this product. It's well-built and sturdy. I purchase a lot of products from Amazon, and this truly is the best product I have ordered. Surprisingly, the price is so low. It's unfortunate that a ten-star rating was not an option.

Slant board - use it to ease back pain
I have it next to my stability chair because I need to hold on to something to use it. The lowest position is perfect for beginners and seniors (like me). Stretching my calves relieves my low back pain. I had been doing a lunge kind of thing before getting this. This does the job on both calves at the same time. It’s solid wood. I’m over 250 lbs with size 9 shoe. I feel secure and there’s plenty of room for me to stand correctly.

Beautifully posture board
This board is beautifully crafted and easy to use on a daily basis. Really helps my back after many spinal surgeries.

Exactly what I used at pt
Better than stretching on steps. You can raise to different heights.

Very well made!
Love it. Since I moved from a split level to ranch, my calves have been really tight and cramp up. So happy with it. I’ve used these before in physical therapy. I was hoping to make one. This is way better than anything I could make! Finally bought one. So glad I did! Love that you can adjust the height/angle !

It's no stretch to recommend
My PT recommended this as the best way to get a full stretch of my leg and calf muscles. And, it does the job as advertised and predicted. Easy to step up and adjust, and attractive as well.
