I purchased S 9 pro model and its pressure is very good...like its name shakti motorbis performing well. I used pressure washer for 2-3 times and faced no problem. Although this product is coastly compared to other available pressure washers but i think copper winding motor and extra pipe plus good quality foam canon and other accessories justifies the cost.This pressure washer is not only be useful for car cleaning but its also used for floor clean and garden claeaning.This machine use power of 2300 watts so while using it we have to take care of electricity bill too😀When i continously use for than 15 minutes i found some heat in machine. Hope copper winding protect machine and it will last long.

The media could not be loaded. I dislike the product...the product is damage.. and display is not working..And some part also missing...Shakti tool is good and valuable brand..But company is send this type of damage product..I think before packing they is not checking of the item..So I give zero rating

I have been using the S9Pro Pressure Washer for three months now, and I am very pleased with the product. Had to register on their site for an extended warranty of 6 months.1. The pressure washer performs well. The pressure is as advertised, the foam bottle works perfectly, and all accessories function without any problems.2. The customer service is excellent, responding within hours. I had an issue with the washer gun where I couldn't unscrew it, and the knob kept slipping. Customer care provided a video guide to fix it, which didn't work, so they promptly sent a replacement gun (accessories aren't covered under warranty) but I only had to pay for the courier. They are always ready to assist with any issues or questions.Overall, I am satisfied with the product and their service.

The media could not be loaded. Company asking me to do self maintenance or else do it from local available source. They can't provide me replacement, cause this was the last one sell, and Amazon also didn't mentioned the same. I would recommend do not by from this manufacturer and providers.
