Bought two recently to replace an antique ruling pen that recently broke at the handle and the modern plastic ones just don't work well. The pen pooled ink and instead of getting fine lines I got extra large blobs of ink on a finished drawing. Couldn't get different line widths at all, just blobs of ink.Very frustrating! Pens being sent back today. Maybe they are part of a bad job lot but my 100 year old ruling pen is going to be glued back together.
