Battery life seems to be pretty good. I charged my phone (5003mah) one time already and the battery indicator went down one dot. That impressed me a little. I don't think any other power bank I've used recently comes close to this price though. It has good performance, and I can confirm that they are using good quality 18650 cells in this power bank, at least the one I received.Currently though, I have installed this temporarily in a DIY tank robot I have been building until I can build my own pack. Since this pack is light weight, I have more payload headroom. Also, this pack can peak at 6A on the 12v rail for a short time which is nice. I need that when I am starting up the two motors on the tank.

With this product, you will never regret your decision. I use it on my heated jacket from Milwaukee and spent the whole day warm and still had charge. Outstanding. I bought 4!

Very good product

The discharge was great, I ran two 12v .15A blower fans for 10 hours and the battery showed 2 lights to go which would be about right. Unfortunately it will not charge.Edit: I emailed their support, they were far from helpful. I definitely would not recommend buying anything from Rapthor, I wish I would've done some research beforehand because tons of people online have the same opinion.To: supportHello,I just got the battery pack yesterday, I charged it for 4 hours and it showed all 5 lights on the battery pack before and after. this battery pack works great with my Milwaukee heated jacket. I get all day run on high. Little on the large size but still doesnt bug me as bad as the round 12v battery that comes with the Jacket!

The issue is that the lights come on when plugged in whether the switch is on or off. I found something indicating that the switch should be on when charging. Better product information is required.

I bought this battery for a heated hunting vest I bought. This battery is awesome! Bigger than the one the vest came with but lighter. Hold a charge well. Would definitely recommend.
