The exterior fabric has soft feeling and neck stretcher is made of a firm rubber which is helping in stretching the neck. It also helps to get relief in headache related neck stiffness. Surely it gives some relaxation experience after usage. Its shape and design seem to be right fit and ergonomic for everyone in our family. Low, Med and High- 3 Temperature settings helps to melt away the tension in neck and as well as shoulder depending on its orientations. I like that this can be used with either side, convex or concave surface for gentle traction or strong traction.

This offered very little padding and was very hard on the neck and back. Misleading advertising.

Love this for travel. Its compact and I actually use it a lot for long drives. It supports your spine and keeps jeck stable which is also very helpful to correct the alignment when its hurting as well.The material is soft and easy to clean and keep around. Great for value.

As recommended I will start off slow. It feels good to stretch the neck, you can actually feel it working!The box was a different design than I ordered but the manual covers how to use.Would recommend

I was surprised to find that this device actually provides some relief. The shape and angle of the headrest is well worked-out and the heat control system is rather good too. I like that's it's hard and solid as I can roll the base of my skull back and forth to help massage spasms.It's not a miracle worker but it's a worthwhile thing for me and my sporadic seized-up neck muscles.
