This personal steam sauna has been great for use in the privacy of my own home. I often would use the sauna at the gym but have now been using this one. I like that it is so convenient and I don’t need a gym membership to use it. It saves me money and also time. It is super easy to set up. I was surprised at how fast it sets up, it literally takes a minute. Once set up it is large enough for an adult to sit in. The time range and temperature is chosen by the user to their liking with the remote control. Just add water to the steam pot and be ready to relax and detox. I love using this for relaxation and weight loss however there are so many other benefits to it. It is helpful in eliminating toxins from your body and promoting blood circulation. The steam is also good for improving skin tone and gives my skin an overall glow. It is a stress reliever and also helps you get better sleep. It is well made and extremely durable. It is an investment for your home that is well worth it.

I love the health and relaxation benefits of a steam room but find it hard to get to the spa or gym so treated myself to an at home system.It’s a great design and I’m so impressed by how small it packs up for very easy storage but it’s more than big enough when out up to sit in comfortably.The set comes with everything you need so not just the steam tent and steamer pump but also a floor mat to offer a second layer of protection and comfort and a good up chair to use inside.The tent itself is fully contained so no water droplets from the steam will leak out onto floors and there are two ‘windows’ to allow for light etc (one to the side and one facing out).You have settings of both temperature and time (you can heat up to 122F and up to 99mins) I found I started off with both lower temp and shorter times and have worked my way up to find my optimum settings.I let it cool down and dry for at least 30mins with door open after use and then just wipe down with paper towel before packing away so very quick and easy set up and take down.

Sa far I'm satisfied with its performance. I deducted one star due to not reaching 140 degrees as indicated it would. First time using, I've reached 130-132 max and that was with running for about 45 minutes. I plan to place two heat lamps inside to increase its temp. Overall I am pleased given its price point.

This portable sauna is really nice to have, especially when feeling congested. The portable footprint has just enough space for one to enjoy while seated and doesn’t take up a lot of space when I’m not using it. I leave it set up at times that I’m using it regularly, to make it most convenient to use. It doesn’t take too much time or effort to set up but I wouldn’t want to do it for every use. I appreciate being able to pack it away compactly at times I won’t be using it much. I prefer this whole body experience for a steam because I tend to use it most when I’m congested. I like this for allergies and colds. I’ve been using this past week while I had a cold and it has been nice to take the chill off and decongest. The inside temperature is comfortably warm, what I consider a typical steam sauna temperature. I find it nice to use before bedtime especially. The steam unit takes approximately 5 minutes to be ready. I usually turn it on and it is running well by the time I’m ready to get in. It can run for an hour and a half on a full tank, which is more than enough for my needs so I don’t have to get out and refill. I can get 2 or 3 uses out of it before needing to top up the water.

This was an excellent purchase. I have been using this sauna everyday since I purchased it a week ago. It is extremely easy to set and is just as easy to collapse and store as needed. The material is durable and easy to clean/wipe down. The heat function reaches up to 140 degrees as indicated and you can set this temp for up to an hour using the attached remote control. It gets the job done and feel great every time I step out.

Steam pot lid breaks extremely easy more times then often after the first use u will see the lid start cracking and breaking from inside out. It will not hold the steam properly or push the steam through efficiently. It worked the way it should for the first use then the steam pot lid just falls apart on you. Cheap plastic and hot steam dosen't mix.

This thing only gets up to about 102° at 140 heat. It was great at first, but my body became used to the heat and this thing simply does not heat up to the advertised heat. I have to sit down now for about 45 minutes just to work up a sweat. I will get the steam model.

I bought this portable steam sauna and was completely surprised at how good it works. It starts to steam up in approximately 5 minutes. It comes with a camping style chair too. The sauna is supposed to be for one person, but my husband and I both get in it at the same time. We bought a bigger camping chair for two and we both fit in it very well. By doing this, we save time and money. At the beginning when we bought it, I would go in for 20 minutes and then my husband would go in after me. However, now that we bought the bigger chair, we both fit in it very well together. After the sauna, we jump into our cold plunge too. I highly recommend this sauna for anyone that is interested in buying one. It works very well and you get a lot for the price. Buy it! You won't be disappointed.
