I have a medical alert bracelet that is similar to this and I like it. The first thing I noticed when putting it on for her is that there is no closure ring to hook the lobster claw into. I get that it is supposed to be adjustable, but it should still have some sort of termination to make it easier to hold and clasp. The little medical alert charm on this bracelet is a nice touch, but unfortunately it fell off within the first hour of her wearing it. The bracelet is pretty dainty and the little hearts make it cute to wear. Since it is small you can easily wear other bracelets with it. Overall, this bracelet is functional and it is serving its main purpose.

Nice quality materials, cute hearts for chain with an adjustable extender to fit a variety of wrist sizes and quality engraving that is crisp and clear. The bracelet itself is somewhat dainty but sturdy and well made. Nice to know my DNR choice is right where it needs to be.
