Tight sleeves
I have slightly larger than average hands but I feel even average sized hands would struggle with putting this top on and even more taking it off. However I will say that once the shirt is on it is a very comfortable fit. I am a medium and this fits perfectly for me. Not tight, not too loose. The stitching is very well done, and the pockets are lined and warm (nice for when you are on a run on a chilly day) and it is very breathable, good at allowing sweat to wick away while maintaining a nice body temperature. This is a really nice shirt, very well made that (apart from the sleeves... which is likely down to style) fits perfectly. Excellent value for money.

Great Quality Hoodie But Very Tight In The Arms
Canterbury Men's Elite Training Hoody.I'm 5'9" quite a stocky but athletic build and always choose a size L in clothing, as I did with this one. It's a very nicely made 100% Polyester material sports hoody, with a quality appearance throughout. You really can't fault the construction at all, the stitching is spot on and the design modern. The main body is smooth and light with deep zipped pockets on either side. The hood is a generous size with a bootlace type cord for the drawstring closure. It fits perfectly so is definitely true to size. However, that brings us to the arms. Boy are they tight! I mean REALLY tight and there's absolutely no elasticity to speak of to allow any give in them.I wouldn't say I have overly bulky arms.. muscular yes, but not in any way excessively so, which makes it baffling as to why the arms are this tight? They feel clingy and uncomfortable. It's a shame because I love the look and feel of this hoody. It ticks all my sporty needs boxes, is warm and comfortable to wear.. it's just the tight arms that let it down.

Good Quality but watch the sizing
This is a nice hoody, The material is warm for its thickness and wick well, used the top after a long bike ride on a cool day and was glad I had this in the pannier to keep me warm at the midway stop. The sizing is a bit on the small size compared to other brands, for casual wear I should have gone one size bigger.

Love the quality but tight in the arms
I took this top out on a day on a remote island yesterday. It was comfortable, the fleece-like lining kept me warm enough, and it looked great. The quality is top-notch, as I would expect from Canterbury. You are honestly getting a decent training hoody and I'll be using it a lot for walk/hikes.I'm 5'8" tall and just under 12 stone. Normally, I order a medium (as I did here too), very occasionally, a large. The medium fits me perfectly around the shoulders, chest, waist, etc. But, I find it quite tight around the forearms, noticible tight and I'm not a muscular guy. I've noticed other reviews state the same. The top is fine if you are of slim build, but if you have muscular/larger arms (forearms in particular), this isn't going to suit. It would be five stars if it weren't for this one downside!

Premium quality clothing
This hoodie is quality throughout, from the material used to the stitching of the fabric. The sizing is slightly on the small side so I’d suggest ordering a size bigger than usual. I did and it fits just right.

Size up at least one size increment
☑️ As described and as advertised except for sizing.☑️ Basic but adequate packaging.☑️ Well made with good stitching, hems and overall quality control. We have given a neutral score as this is too small. An XL is normally ok for us but this isn’t wearable comfortably. We’d only recommend if you size up at least once - twice if wearing over other tops.

Very good quality, it's a bit on the small side, especially in the arms
Great quality hoody, very stylish and high quality materials used throughout. It's very comfortable in all aspects asides from size wise.I'm usually a size L, and this hoody does seem quite tight compared to other sports hoodies I've tried. It's not so bad around the waist, but on the arms, the hoody does seem a bit tight around the forearms. I'd advise to order a size bigger if you don't want a hoody that'll hug you, or if you plan on wearing a tee underneath.

Premium hoody with zip pockets
This is a great hoody.I think of this as a mid-thickness hoody. It is made entirely of polyester, which means that it's quite warm but without the bulk and heaviness of a cotton or cotton/polyester mix top. The polyester is also recycled, which is better for the planet too of course.I really like the fact that the pockets can be zipped up. So many hoody tops have open pockets. Thankfully, this Canterbury hoody has not only zips but also quite large pockets, suitable for all sorts of things. The colours are great. The style details make it look good. I think of Canterbury as a premium sportswear brand - and this hoody does not disappoint.
