I liked that this speaker is small, compact but still powerful to fill a room with music. The sound is perfect and the quality of the speaker is well worth the value for money.

It connected easily, it’s an attractive little speaker, and the sound is ok if a bit “boxy.”There are a number of quirks that other reviewers have pointed out, like with how the buttons work, how it’s not actually waterproof, etc...but I’m not going to re-iterate all of it here.I am going to say that my number one criteria for any speaker is the quality of the sound, and this one falls pretty short. I didn’t expect JBL or Bose level bass, but for $30, I did expect it to stand out from the crowd a little. It’s not that there is *no* bass…it’s just nothing to write home about.If a speaker isn’t going to impress me overall, I at least want it to be pretty flat (meaning accurate all across the full frequency spectrum), and this one is definitely not. There is a “boxy” quality to it - by which I mean there are certain mid-range frequencies that are overly exaggerated. One effect of this particular boxiness is that it makes dialogue in tv or movies sound unnatural and unpleasant.The build quality is good, though. It feels very solid. If it were less expensive, I might say it was ok for the price…but I can’t say that about this one.

I'm very happy with this Bluetooth speaker. Usually when you buy a small speaker like this, the sound is low and the quality is bad. This thing is super loud and is perfect for outdoor events and get-togethers. It's the right size and the Bluetooth connectivity is super fast. Fairly user-error proof. If you want a great little speaker, give this one a chance!

So you are not going to get great bass response from a smaller speaker like this and that should be expected, but it does sound pretty good and offers reasonable bass response for a Bluetooth speaker of this size, it charges by USB port and is easy to pair with any Bluetooth player, while not really "waterproof" it does offer good protection from the elements and should be fine at the beach or pool.

Bought this item to be able to play bits of a song for the band to hear. Works OK except that it didn't have the volume I was expecting. The Alexa speakers are about the same size and put out triple the volume of this speaker. Disappointed...
