Preassembled items came in 3 heavy boxes. There are some manual assembly steps needed. I would highly suggest tightening down all the locking cams. Lift table top is sturdy with generous storage space and exactly as described. Soft close drawers and table top is a nice touch. Lastly, customer service responds quickly and resolves minor defect issues promptly. Overall, would recommend.

I firstly want to say that I really appreciate the customer service of this company. When the packaged arrived, two of the three boxes were banged up, and one was significantly damaged. I don't blame the company though because inside each box is a layer of thick styrofoam and particle board. I believe they are doing their best to ensure a safe journey for their products. After opening the boxes and pulling out all the parts, one whole cabinet piece was unusable. I contacted the company and they responded immediately and sent me a new piece after I shared some photos with them.I am a school counselor and use it in my office as the seating area to talk with students. When students aren't in there, I used it as my regular desk as well. I love everything about the design, functionality, and wow factor it produces. I gave it four stars because I don't know how sturdy the table top is in the long run. After seeing the damaged pieces I can see it's not made of the most solid material. When the full table is expanded and guests are sitting around it, I feel that the corner and edges seem very springy/bouncy. It makes me think if a person puts their elbows on it, or leans with too much pressure, the top could snap. My simple solution for this is to not have it open when students are in the room. I also have made note of it to my co-workers that come in for board games after work hours. This has not happened though so it could just be in my head. Another thing is I wish the drawers were a little deeper and taller. I wanted to store three binders in there but it just doesn't fit by half an inch or so.It took me a few extra weeks to get it set up because of the damaged parts during shipping, but all in all, I would buy this again. It fully does what I wanted it to do and more. Several other people have taken photos of it and said they were going to purchase it too. Love the product but I love the great customer service more.

The table is incredibly sturdy, it is a little smaller than I thought it'd, be but not due to a misrepresentation on the seller's end. It is not the easiest to assemble yourself, I had to recruit some help due to the sheer size and weight of the table. It works perfectly, but again, this table is very heavy. Either way great value.

This is a PIECE OF GARBAGE. It is made of the cheapest materials I've ever seen. It was completely destroyed in transit and because this is a third party seller, I'm not even able to smoothly get a refund on my purchase and they are making me try to mail this huge product back to them (probably in hopes that I won't bother and they'll be able to keep my money). Save yourself A LOT of pain and just don't waste your money.

The Customer service was amazing as my product arrived damaged the first time and they replaced the damaged part no questions asked. However, The cuts and fit are not perfect there are gaps misalignments.

The customer service was great. We also received one box that was damaged and they replaced it right away within a few days. It’s all assembled and very versatile! I would recommend it for sure for space, seating, and the many uses it has. The stools are very small just fyi, but they work!

I love the style and colors. The table seems sturdy so far. The top is a little heavy for my family to lift it to a desk position or kitchen table. It does close a little too fast and almost smashed my fingers. Despite it being in 3 boxes it was fairly simple to build. I love having the storage and it’s great for the small space. The biggest issue I have is that the stools keep dropping the screw cover caps making them not sturdy at all. Other than that it’s a great concept just needs some changes especially for the price I paid.

The media could not be loaded. Great quality material and exactly what we’d hopes for. Stools compartmentalize into the table, they are sturdy and comfortable. Easy to assemble. We love it!
