We love the compression feature on these bags, and the ID window is very useful, though I recommend mostly ignoring the printed text and using a bold sharpie, as the screen hides normal pen ink a bit.However, when I pulled out one of my bags to use for the first time, the seams came apart immediately. The threads just came apart. When we contacted support, they were very apologetic, explained that it was a sourcing issue with some of their suppliers, and set about fast delivering to us not just one replacement bag, but an entire new set. (Only one of my bags had problems.) In addition to the new set, they refunded my original set for the trouble.Rarely have I found a company that was so proactive and eager to make things right with a defective product.

I had previously used large plastic zip bags to pack my clothes and belongings. These Well Traveled compression cubes were my first set, so I don't have the experience to compare them with others. They look a lot nicer and are much easier to use. However, they're not quite perfect, thus the 1-star takeaway. The fabric material isn't as durable as canvas, the zipper could've been better constructed, and the stitching could've been much tighter. Out of the package, two of the cubes had tears and holes in them with loose stitching. Fortunately, Customer Service came through big time. They offered a full replacement set and refund, along with assurance that their products carry a lifetime warranty. Now that is what you call going above and beyond! Despite the aforementioned flaws, I wholeheartedly recommend this set and all the rest of their products.

I absolutely love these travel cubes. I'm a little late with writing my review but I have been traveling quite a bit and using these travel cubes. There is a lot to love about them - they keep my suitcase organized so that I am not rummaging through and tossing my suitcase content all over to find a certain item, they save space because you can compress items into one cube, there are 8 pieces of various sizes in the order and another wonderful thing is that they come with cards to write what is in each cube (the large and medium size has a slot for the card to be inserted). You don't have to guess which cube holds what - you just look at the card. Great product. Very sturdy - made very well. I'll be ordering more to give to my daughters for their travels.

They are great! The quality is excellent. My first time using packing cubes and it provided lots of extra space in my luggage. They packed easily and I had not problem closing them. My items were organized and compact, and I used one cube and the bag for dirty clothes coming back so my clean clothes remained clean! In order to see how much space they saved, I packed my suitcase with the cubes and without and the difference was amazing! I had room for souvenirs! I gave a 3 star on wrinkle free - because - let's face it - nothing is wrinkle free! I'm very happy with these and would recommend them and buy them again.
