Laid Back Customer Support and Faulty Product Design
Earlier I had given a good feedback post couple of months usage despite some problems. It's been 7 months now that I have been using this and there is a core problem in cleaning and manoeuvring this product -1. Map gets corrupted every now and then and is unable to location rooms or even work in custom mode. I keep doing new map scans every now and then.2. Edge cleaning does not happen at all as it claims.3. Vacuuming does not happen as expected. The side brushes basically push the dust from one side to another. So cleaning is not 100%.4. Vacuum and Mop mode does not pick up hair strands properly. Vacuum pushes to hairs to one side and mopping pads wets the floor and the hair sticks and next time round, robot is unable to pick the hair.5. Battery does not last for 1 complete clean. For a 1850 sqft house, the robot consumes all its charge and one needs to charge it back to at least 30% to complete the clean.6. It leaves most of the dirt on the tile joints and the hair strands sticks there.I have been facing map navigation issue and other hardware issues since the beginning and its not been addressed so far despite several complains and still being under warranty.
