Very informative and just what was needed.

I had not used an agreement before but felt concerned that some details needed to be spelt out in a non aggressive way for my own and my lodgers sakes. This agreement form, of the three that I purchased is the one that I have used because it is simple. I went through it with my newest lodger, so we were both clear and happy with what we both understood. She was happy and apart from making an itinery list of the contents of the room and ensuite that was it.So far so good.

Pros: It is longer, clearer/readable and just so much better laid out than the previous Ryman's ones I have previously used.Cons: It constantly refers to "weeks" rent. There is no option of "week/month (delete which is inapplicable)". It is 2016 I don't know anyone who pays weekly rent these days. It is a complete rarity, certainly in metropolitan towns. The vast majority of lodgers pay per calendar month.There is no space for a witness to signatures. i feel comfortable if the signatures are witnessed.So not sure if I will use this.

Perfect just what I need for my future lodgers. Pack contains two copies, one for me and one for them. Clearly states what they pay and are responsible for. Will order another soon.
