This brush works good to dry scrub your carpet while vacuuming. It loosens the dirt, so the cacuum can clean better. It would also work great as just a multipurpose scrub brush for cleaning a number of things. Good brush!

Yes, we have a short shag area carpet, and we have 4 dogs, and one is a puppy. So having a good brush is a necessity. The LoyaGour cleaning brush has 8 rows of bristles - the 2 rows of black bristles in the middle are on the stiff side and work in tandem with the softer outer row bristles to help to get up dirt and grime.I am pleased with the overall quality and fun of this brush. I will report back if there are any durability issues with this brush

It has a nice rubber top that I like as it keeps it from sliding around in my hand. The bristles are strong and work great on my high pile carpet. Easy to clean. Worth the price!
