Purchased the 18" - two packs - to install in WC & Bathroom. Really good finish, very sturdy and look good in matching all other chrome finish fittings.Spotted some comments on the fittings provided (screws and rawl plugs). The ones provided have been quite adequate for fitting directly to solid wall (brick with plaster coating). However, it's worth noting that if you're fitting to a tiled surface, you'll have the depth of the tile, grout and plasterwork before you get to solid brick/wall. For this reason, I found it better to use alternative longer screws and rawl plugs. No bid deal though, and it does not detract from the overall purpose, finish and sturdiness of this product.Would highly recommend - great value for money, and most comparable with the same products sold for often twice the price on may of the disability aids websites.Great job!!! Strong and safe quality item

Found the screws supplied are crap two screws broke of at the head no way of getting it out so instead of three screws holding it to the wall now only two .the bars themselves are made well shame about the screws .

just what we needed..

On opening this item I realised that the actual grab bars and the fixings were only pushed together and it seemed to me that although the wall fixings would be secured by screws the actual bars are simply pushed on. I felt if my wife was holding the bar and fell backwards the bar would pull out of the fixings and she would crash to the floor.
