Quality at a good cost.
These show up great in daylight hours. I own a tree service and they come in very handy when pointing out specific branches at a distance.

Light weight but powerful
So far, so amazing! Really powerful and bright beam. Tiny charging light that is a bit hard to see but all in all this seems like a good purchase. I haven't tested the battery charge and never use it enough to care. It's just a tool that will help identify areas of my job, now and then. Lightweight, so I won't need to worry about having it on me all the time.

Laser
This item is a cool little gadget. It has a screw on lens that makes different shapes and patterns as you twist it all over the entire room, or wherever you are. Screw it off and it’s a straight line, very powerful. The only complaint I have is that you have to continuously push the button to keep it on, which isn’t convenient. It should have a steady on of switch. Other than that, I am pleased.

Useless laser
I didn't have it the laser long it worked fine had a real long distance and bright, but I recharged it maybe 2 times and now it's useless won't recharge at all put it on the charger and I get a little light out of it and then done. I wouldn't recommend buying this laser it doesn't last at all. I wouldn't of even gave it 1 star but you have to to comment.

Eye-searingly bright, light-weight, excellent for star-pointing!
This DCLIKRE laser pointer is everything I was looking for in a star-pointer. For less than a quarter of the cost of some name-brand alternatives, this laser pointer beam is clearly visible at night (pardon the potato quality photo - it's actually considerably more distinct & sharper than shown...). The laser spot itself is obnoxiously bright - no astronomer will want the spot actually pointed at anything nearby! Keep it pointed up to the sky. At dusk, I can easily see the spot on trees at least half a mile away, and the spot was bright even against indirect sunlight just after noon. Beam divergence is minimal - at 100 feet, the spot seemed to diverge slightly to the size of a pencil or so - it looks bigger from a distance, but that's just the 'bloom' from the intensity. The beam is tight enough to remain a visible beam well into the long distance, and perceptually appears as a tight line when pointing at stars. For non-astro use... this is not a pointer to use indoors, or for cats - it's simply too bright - dangerously so!The laser is labeled "less than 5000mw" of power, which is a maximum rating 1000x the typical red pointer. Given that the pointer doesn't seem to heat up black electrical tape, it's obviously nowhere near 5W of power (which is laser-cutter territory), but it seems plausibly (and unscientifically) somewhere in the 50-100mw range. The case is a thin aluminum, with a spring-steel clip, and a plastic protector head. The holographic pattern head is... gratuitous. I don't have any use for it, but it's a 10-second novelty that I quickly removed. There is a charging light on the main body of the pointer, but it's really small and really dim. However, it does work. The charging port is a micro-USB, not USB-C, and no cable was included in the package. However, I have bags full of old phone cables that seem to work well, so no real loss there - I am personally glad to not have yet another cable floating around.TL;DR: Great value, ultra-bright, wonderful for star pointing, rechargeable, light-weight. Too bright for indoor & pet use, needs a micro-USB cable. I'm a happy amateur backyard astronomer.
