So far so good. First omelet is perfect and it looks great doing it. Easy cleaning. Hope it stays that way for awhile. I had to search for awhile to find this size pan.

I've only had this pan for a couple of weeks, but so far, it is performing acceptably. However, the size mentioned is not correct. The depth is not as listed. Both on the outside and inside, it is less than 2 inches and not the 2.5 inches promised. In fact, if they added an extra inch to the height the pan, it would be much more usable. I add a couple of drops of oil to the pan and it has been fairly non stick (although still fairly new).I chose the pan without the lid, since I have a box of "retired" lids from previously owned nonstick cookware and can almost always find a lid to fit. In this case, I couldn't find a lid at first, but later I did find one. (Being an old lady, I have lots of lids) I don't need a new lid for every pan and it saves money to bring a retired lid back into service.

This pan has a nice heavier bottom that heats evenly-unlike many other inexpensive pans that have very thin bottoms. Nonstick works great. It is also a very handsome piece of cookware.

Such a pretty pan for cookware!
