Great purchase!
I was not sure about buying a reformer but I am very pleased. The cost of classes are way too much so I bought my own at a fraction of the yearly studio costs. The workout was just as good. It takes only a few pins to set up and fold up to put away. Seller answered question quickly. I love it!!

UPDATE sturdy and heavy
So now that I've had enough time using the reformer, here is the detailed review. The springs are MUCH lighter than the springs used in studio reformers. Total four, combined resistance is ibly 84 lbs, so for me, this makes footwork too easy... I didn't see replacement springs on the manufacturer's website so I hope other brand springs can still be used. Also, the shoulder pads are not very comfortable - it's set too wide for my frame and hits right at the clavicle-scapula joint with not enough cushion. The two-loop straps could also be softer though this can be often replaced. By the way, I'm average sized female - 5'5" weighing 130 lbs. For the price, I still recommend the reformer.-----â----------it's heavy, make sure you've got help to carry it where you want to place it. minimal assembly needed which is a plus. i wish the springs were heavier for more resistance, idk if seanlee sells replacement springs with options.

Unsure on it
I debated between this reformer and a wood studio grade one that was much more expensive. The pro is that it comes basically fully assembled, and was light enough I was able to carry it down to my studio space on my own.Immediate impression:-The carriage is too short, Iâm 5â5â and I barely fit on it to lay down with the should rests.-The entire machine is too short to do most moves correctly and it doesnât glide the smoothest. You almost feel like you could bend or break the frame. Likely itâs just too light to be a stable reformer.-The front platform is too narrow to do forward facing lunges.-Spring load is too light for any sort of leg work, itâs fine for arms and abs but wonât serve as a good work out for legs.Iâve be doing reformer Pilates for years and I am used to studio machines and knew this would be different but it doesnât even feel like a good workout that Iâm not sure Iâll even use it. Iâm going to keep it for a few days and see if my thoughts change but likely Iâll be returning.

Great for beginner and mobility impaired.
If I had known how much this reformer would have died in my stretching and ability to exercise I would have purchased it sooner. It is great for a beginner and someone like me who is mobility impaired. It has just the right springs and tension as needed. I can see where someone with higher resistance needs might need something more. It appears the springs are conventional size and I have ordered a stronger spring which I think will add more resistance when I need it.

Reformer
This model is great for it's price. I use one similar to this at PT. I don't believe this model will be good for tall people.
