I'm not disappointed for the price at all. It mixed well and left very little residual on the bottom of my cup. I did strain it into finer powder before whisking, but I do this with ceremonial grade also so it is part of my routine anyway. Taste was not much different than the ceremonial grade I use. The price of 14.99 seems like a good deal for the amount in the package. I used the included measuring spoon and used 2 scoops to make a double batch latte the way I usually make it and the taste was virtually indistinguishable from my usual. I love my lattes with honey and milk. BTW, I have definitely seen health benefits since I started adding green tea and matcha into my daily routine.

I was looking for an alternative to my morning espresso, because I am in the process of improving my nutritional regiment. I have heard about the great nutritional benefits of matcha, so I decided to give it a chance.The green matcha flavor is pretty refreshing. I drink it with milk and a bit of honey, but it can go well with another natural sweetener. It has a ''herbal'' flavor, but once it's sweetened, it tastes good. Matcha also acts like caffeine - I drank the tea in the late afternoon yesterday, and I was not able to fall asleep until very late at night. I have heard that matcha boasts anti-oxidant properties, and improves the energy levels and mood. I will continue drinking it for a month to take a break from my coffee routine. The package can last for a month or two, depending on whether you use a spoon or two in your hot water. I was happy to find its own plastic spoon inside the package.

 This matcha powder smelled good and fresh when I opened the package, and it makes a great matcha latte, one of my favorite splurge drinks. Matcha latte tastes good and is such a refreshing green color. And making matcha latte at home is soooooo much cheaper than buying it out. With this bag, I can afford to drink it every day. This powder will also be excellent for my matcha cookie recipe.

This powder makes a pretty good looking and tasting matcha latte. My wife uses it in cookies and she is also happy with it. I usually find recommended serving amounts too strong, so this will last for a while with me. The price ($14.99 at the moment) is reasonable.

Matcha is one of the essentials in my life and this bag is great. Organic, plenty of it, good packaging and seals well. Can't go wrong.

This NutraBloom Matcha Tea is outstanding! Rich in flavor and smooth in texture! Nice vibrant green color as any matcha powder should be. I love the flavor! Can use as tea, in baking, or to smooth to give a kick to start the day. Will be ordering again! 4 oz in the bag. Great product!

This is a 4 oz bag of culinary grade matcha powder. The color is dark green and the taste is on the bitter side. It is suitable for baking and cooking. I made a cup of matcha latte with the matcha powder and added some honey to it. It tastes better as a latte. The retail price for the 4oz matcha powder is $14.99 which is pretty reasonable.
