These multipurpose tray sets work great. I've used this to dry my fruits and vegetables. I've used this to rest my meats on. These are great to have. They are easy to clean and sturdy.

There's stain me too. And no magnetic rid. The lid opens easily and the lid floats without closing it properly even if you just put the food in.

I got this to use as a resting tray and so far we've enjoyed it having it. I do however wish it was a little larger or that the lid allowed for a little more space on the top. I like resting my meats and it's just nice to have a pan dedicated to that so you don't have to dirty additional dishes. Plus it saves on aluminum foil. It's a well-made pan and can be used for cooking too. Overall this pan saves me time, hassle, and money and I think it was worth the investment.

I got these trays to use in the kitchen weh prepping meat. They work great for breading and holding and stacking.They good sized, and the metal is thick and sturdy. They're not flimsy. No complaints.

I ordered two trays and they arrived yesterday.One has a lots of small rust spots on the inside of tray and the other has a lot of black stains on the outside.And there are some scratches.I will return it.

Sometimes you need the tools for the job. I was having an issue with cooking dinner for my family and by the time I had served some of the food losing its desirable crispy quality. When I looked up what the solution to that problem was I read that it was good to let the food stay warm in the oven on low temps if it was something where the food was almost ready to be served together but needed to stay warm OR let the food cool down completely and then throw it into an oven at 400 degrees and let the food crisp up. This product essentially works perfectly in the way I needed. I love the container for having the rack on it elevated so that anything I put on it is able to cool down. I love that you get the option to use it for multiple uses such as seasoning or flambeing. The container is a bit on the compact side so you're not going to be able to throw a full size T-bone steak on it but you will be able to work with small components and have room to arrange and fit them. I haven't thrown this into the oven but I have worked with it at normal temperatures and I am satisfied.

I've been extremely happy with this pan. The grate is great for everything from roasts to breaded chicken filets. The lid is very handy for cooking and for covering finished dishes. The finish on all of the parts is easy to clean and looks great for pot-lucks.
