Automatic Chicken Coop Door Opener with Timer

I like the easy install and love the fact that it is solar and has a remote. The one I have now is battery and every 2-3 months I have to go change the batteries. I wish the remote worked a little further away. My chicken coop is about 300 feet away.

Besimlive Automatic Chicken Coop Door Opener Arrived and installed easily. Does open/close nicely. DID NOT work with fresh AA batteries. DID NOT charge internal battery from solar panel. Only had power when sun hit the solar panel. So when it got dusk the door shut all my chickens outside. I did give it time to charge full sun all day with no success. I did read other reviews so was prepared when things went wrong. Customer service has not responded from their company in two weeks.

I purchased this automatic coop door before setting up my coop so unfortunately by the time I went to use it, the return window was past.This door does NOT work! It will not keep the proper time so my chickens are often locked out when they should be in the coop and/or locked in when they should be out! I replace the batteries that can be replaced, however the internal rechargeable battery is not accessible and does NOT hold a charge! I have the solar panel aimed south west and am in AZ where it us sunny 99% of the days.Also, unfortunately I did not notice that many of the reviews on this listing are not even for the door!! They are for a different item all together! What a RIP OFF!! Bottom line: BUYER BEWARE!!
