Continental Race 28" 700x20-25c Bicycle Inner Tubes - 42mm Long Presta Valve - TWO PACK w/ Conti Sticker

Perfect tubes for Gatorskin 25mm
Perfect pair with Continental GatorSkin DuraSkin Clincher Bike Tires. Thin, supple tires 700 x 25C with thin tubes. Very important not to pinch tubes during install, cornstarch or talc on tube and inside the tire. Install with smooth tire irons or plastic, be careful not to pinch; push tubes gently into the tire as the tire is seated on the rim. Inflate 50 to 70 psi then deflate; check to see if the tube is outside the tire, push back in if necessary. Re-inflate to 100 psi check tire for bulges or deformity, asymmetrical shapes mean that the tube is not installed correctly. This setup will give a ride close to a tubeless tire without the cost or risk of a blowout sidewall. The tires feel very supple and fast. They have a very low rolling resistance compared to old Gatorskin 700 x 23C tires, not as jittery. One tire 270 grams plus 65 gram race tube both from Continental.

Garbage tubes
Both tubes popped immediately on installation, despite having replaced my rim tape and tire with a brand new Gatorskin beforehand. They both burst in the same spot next to the valve, and it was not a pinch flat. The bike in question is only a few weeks old, so there are no deformities in the rim that could have caused the tube to burst. I did not even get a chance to ride on them. They weren't inflated to max tire PSI - after the first tube burst, I inflated the second to half pressure and left the wheel off my bike overnight to see if anything happened. Seemed okay in the morning so I increased PSI to 75% pressure and installed the wheel on my bike. Tube burst immediately on hanging my bike back up on the wall rack. Very disappointed, as these were pricey. I requested a refund from Amazon - not bothering with a replacement since it's obvious these are garbage. And yes, I was very careful installing these, especially with the second one, since the first one had already burst so quickly. I triple checked the instructions, and I'm familiar with how to change a tire. I've never gone through so many tubes so quickly!

Not happy!!!!
I am not happy with this purchase!!!I bought them for my husband to have as spares. He finally had to use them. The first one blew after about 10 miles. He put the second one on and he drove to a spot about 10 miles from work. Got on his bike and got a flat about 8 miles into the ride. He checked to see it something was in the tire but nothing.😡😡😡

Not recommended
This is my first Amazon review and I'm writing it in the hopes of saving others the frustration I experienced.I bought these based solely on the star rating and the limited selection of tubes in the size I needed on Amazon. I was *very* disappointed in the quality. I've replaced tubes and tires on several different bikes over the years and never had an issue. With these, however, I've had 3 of the 4 I purchased fail, all in similar ways and all after a very short ride and at what I'd consider normal tire pressure (~90psi).After the first failed after approximately 2 miles on the road, I rechecked both the rim and tire for anything that would explain the failure. Nothing. I then replaced the failed tube and headed back out. This time, the second tube failed in the same way, at about the same distance. I then started walking the bike back home and realized the third tube had also failed. Each tube showed signs of uneven stretching - picture a snake after swallowing a small animal - with a small blowout hole in the over stretched portion. Two failed right by the stem, the other at a random spot. All looked to me like blowouts and not punctures or tears.I've since purchased a set of tubes from a local bike shop, replaced using exactly the same method, and they've held up perfectly. I'll do that again next time.

Horrible Quality Control Summer/Fall 2020
Either they are selling old stock that is long past its usefulness or quality control has taken a huge hit during quarantine to keep up with the demand for bike parts. One tube blew up during installation at around 50 psi. The other blew 30 minutes into my first ride.Something is def wrong with them, you can feel something is wrong around the valve stem, they just don't inflate properly in that area and both blew around the valve stem.

Poor quality tube
Ordered two (pack) of these Conti Race tubes and installed one. It worked fine for the first 25M ride. In a week lost some air so I've pumped it back to 115PSI. After second ride and a few days later, significant air loss without riding. Noticed a wider contact patch on my new tire, which would indicate some lost pressure during second ride.Took the tube out and tested under water for any punctures, no significant air bubbles. Checked the tire, no signs of puncture or any interior objects that could produce a puncture (Gatorskin tire).I've put some air in the tire and left it out to check any pressure loss in a few days. Tube is not perfectly round, has some areas where is more or less inflated.I've inflated the second tube to similar size as the first one for comparison. This one had two huge bubbles around the diameter, with more pronounced shapes, almost like sausage links. And just before trying to take some photos, it blew off!Now waiting on some replacement tubes, other brand.

Continental Race 28 700x20-25c Bicycle Inner Tubes - Poor Quality
My opinion is do not buy! This is the 2nd review I've made on these inner tubes (as there were two in the box. The first tube lasted exactly 2.1 miles before it went flat. I changed the tube and the 2nd made it exactly 4.3 miles before it went flat. I'M TIRED OF WALKING HOME! The cost wasn't bad and the reviews I read were generally positive but these were a huge disappointment and waste of money. Previously I rode this bike all over the UK and Florida without flat tire issues. But losing two tubes in 3 days (first time out on each) tells me to find another manufacturer. I'm normally skeptical of the negative reviews too but I can't find any positives here!

Both tubes blew up the same day
So I installed the first tube and it blew up after 5 min. I then watched a youtube video to make sure I wasnt doing something wrong and was told to check the tire before installing the new tube, turns out there was a piece of metal in there so I thought it was my fault. I then installed the second tube and everything was fine until later that night that it went flat while riding home from work... bad luck?

Avoid Continental inner tubes like the plague!!!!!!!!!!
I have never in my life been so paranoid about having flats on a bike in my life. I have exhausted a whole patch kit on both these tubes. The latest tube I patched thinking its a one off nail on the tread facing side of the tube and weeks later have another hole on the rim facing side of the tube super frustrating!!! TBH I think there has to be a bad batch of tubes but in all honesty I'll just never buy from Continental again unless its car tires. Unfortunately my return window is over and I'm pretty much at a loss now.
