Ideal groin protector but buy one-size bigger
Bought for my son starting Muay Thai. Needed to return the first one as too small (bought medium as he wears medium men's clothes) had to return for next size up. Otherwise it's perfect.

I fort was to small (XL) but was perfect once on, tight hidden and secure. Been boxing for 6 years best groin guard and most solid on impact! Couldnt feel anything !

To Bulky
The groin guard is too bulky and big even with the s/m size I suggest you go with a different brand

Comfortable and very protective.

It works!
As a groin protector, it is very good. Strikes to my groin are a lot easier to cope with. I had to lengthen the elastic strips which go over the legs but I'm carrying some extra weight, so expected. All In all, really pleased and its better by far than my previous protector.
