Buy this! Was recommended to me via a "Dad blog" and is a total diapering necessity. Cleans all poo residue off of your baby's butt. No scent at all. We couldn't believe how much the wipes left behind. We used from newborn through toddler stages. Definitely a game changer as it saves time when changing a squirming toddler-Couldn't live without it!

I find this product to be incredibly effective for cleaning babies' diapers, especially when they have firmer stools. Sometimes, the mess can get stuck on their little cheeks, but a quick spray makes it much easier to clean off. Additionally, when they have a wetter diaper, I’ve noticed that the smell of poop can linger. However, using this product helps eliminate the odor, almost like it saves you from needing a full bath. It's truly a lifesaver and an essential part of my diaper-changing routine.

I have used this bottom wash for my infant for several weeks now & ran out when I went to Amazon to purchase more. Rest assured, it is the same quality product that's sold by the Honest Co. at Target.My daughter & I both love it. I ordered a bottle for her & a bottle for myself:)I have never used it with her during a rash/ so I cannot comment on that- but I can confidently say that this product has kept her rash free since She was 1 month old- she's 3 months now. It is way better than wipes & smells wonderful. For wet diapers: I simply spritz 2-3 times & blot away the wetness, liberally apply A&D ointment (not cream) & put on the disposable diaper. For dirty diapers: I use organic baby wipes to remove the matter from her bum. Then I use a peri-bottle filled with water to rinse the wiped area. (It's actually the one they gave me after birth at the hospital). Then, I blot the water off. This removes the chemicals from the wipes. Then I follow the same steps listed above for a wet diaper. This keeps my daughter rash free. I use wipes on the road with A&D ointment- then I just follow the steps listed above for a dirty diaper when I get home (whether she's dirty or not- to get the chemicals off her skin.)The only negative thing I'd say is that both bottles were leaking when they arrived. The caps were loose. Luckily, they were wrapped tightly in plastic- so they didn't leak all over the other products in the box. You can see in the photo that some of the product is missing from the 2nd bottle. The 1st bottle was just barely wet.Overall, I'm a huge fan & would order this product again from Amazon in the future.

I love this spray and often buy it for friends who are having kids. It's especially good for those early, tarry poops with newborns but I used it as long as my kid was in diapers.Seriously though, why did it come without a cap this time?

This was great for when my baby had a mild diaper irritation, I would not use on broken or blister skin but works great to soothe a red bottom!

This product is AWESOME! But I must make it totally clear: this is not a product to treat diaper rash or irritation, it is not advertised or packaged that way and the directions on the bottle are very clear, that this is a *cleanser* and wash, not a treatment. With that said, I love this stuff!!!We use it every time we are changing a poopy diaper and my husband and I joke that the Honest Bottom Wash is a "poop magnet" because it does just that! I do an initial wipe and then spray this magic goodness all over, it wipes up everything so cleanly and easily, and actually has us using far fewer wipes for the big poop blowouts (you guys know what I'm talking about). And sometimes I find when we were using multiple wipes to clean that dreaded "sticky poop", it was causing irritation and redness from all the rubbing. This product eliminates that whole issue. Baby is clean and fresh after every dirty diaper and we have experienced way less rash or irritation since using this as a wash during diaper changes. Again, the directions on the bottle are very clear that this is a cleanser. Use common sense and don't use this product when your baby has a rash or redness or irritation, it's not meant for that. Use an appropriate rash treatment. But when baby's bottom is normal and healthy, this should be a must-have in your diaper changing station.We will be buying this stuff until they stop making it, can't say enough good things!
