Spike resistance band set is an amazing portable gym
This band set is simply unbelievable! It gives so much flexibility with door anchors, ankle straps and good quality straps. It's a lightweight, portable equipment (that comes in a cool bag) for even heavyduty exercises. This can be used by men and women alike. The work out guide in the kit makes it even more easy to use and I was really surprised how one kit could give me complete body exercises as well as specific focussed body part exercises. This product is worth every penny!

Trying these since last week and would say that these are must to have for fitness enthusiast person. Really love the product. Bands are okay but
Bands received are okay but the door anchor snd the handles are not new and the foam grips are deformed and pressed and not in good condition. iron hooks are also received as color defaded and kind of rusty. Wondering if the received products are used one or a very old stock. Definitely not a new one. Other than that tubes are working fine as of now while using from last 1 months while writing the review.

For your old age parents or gym 🏋
Basically I purchased for my parents because thy doesn't want to go gym or for me some time I stuck in hospital and not getting enough time to hit g.y.m so it helps me to workout🏋. Must have who has consistency to go to gym.
