I only had to place two screws, and it arrived fully charged, which was nice. It folds up easily, and is relatively light, perfect for getting to work and carrying it to my office.It's not perfect. It's a little rough on gravely asphalt, sidewalks with a lot of lines is like sitting on a clothes dryer, it struggles up some hills, and I wouldn't take a steep decline as the brake is at the front tire, so it lurches a little if you have to stop suddenly, so lean accordingly. The issues it has is far outshined by its benefits.For the price tag, can't beat it. Perfect e-scooter for someone wanting to test the waters before they invest into something maybe a little faster and stronger. I'm considering buying a second one for my spouse.

I had this s10 scooter about a week, so far so good. It fit into small car trunk. It had good safety features as led headlight(front) & led rear for night rider. It took me few min installation handle bar(4 screws). Scooter is very stiff ( it remind me first scooter razor 23 years ago) battery and motor pull good… one fully charged last me few days. it reach 20mph easy.
