This dress is very comfortable to wear and is super flattering on. It's marketed as a bathing suit cover-up, which you absolutely can use it for that, but it's lined so you can wear it out in public. I am very short (4'9") and weigh 145 and to my surprise, the medium is a perfect fit for me. I don't like to wear anything tight or form fitting. This just skims the body and has an empire waist drawstring that can be tightened to give the dress some shape. For me, the length is a bit long, falling right below my knees, but it still looked perfectly fine. Although, I can always have it hemmed. I think it would be great for all the taller girls too, without it looking too short. Also, the v-neckline is very flattering, but isn't revealing. I received multiple compliments when I wore it and my husband said I looked beautiful! Although he's usually very complimentary any time I'm not wearing yoga pants & a t-shirt! LOL! But the word beautiful is typically reserved for getting really dressed up for special occasions! Best part about this dress is that it doesn't wrinkle easily. I haven't washed it yet so I can't speak to how well it goes through that process. It's a great closet staple for when you need a quick grab & go outfit for when you're in a hurry or just aren't feeling like putting a lot of thought or effort into your OOTD, but want to make it look like you did! It can easily be dressed up or down. Throw on a pair of strappy heels and your 'good' jewelry and you've got a daytime wedding guest outfit.Or put on a pair of flats & a jean jacket for a cool girl vibe. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase and I do plan on getting another one in a different color. I know this is kind of a long review, but if you're anything like me, you rely heavily upon good reviews to help you decide on a purchase. If you're still uncertain, I recommend you take a chance and if you don't like it, you can always return it. But I doubt you will!

I bought this last minute for a trip to Maui. It was perfect. The right length & coverage. Not heavy or too thin. Perfect cover up for a mature woman. Nothing hanging out and size is accurate. I would have sized down but worried it would not fit.*Large 5’8” #170. Average build.

I love that this beach cover-up is not see-through. I wear it as just a lightweight sundress! The fabric is lovely, and it was comfy even in 98 degree Florida heat!

Dress cut is cute. I’m short torsoed so the dress is long on me. Tha v-neck is great. But the tattered button material look is not for me. Can be worn as a dress.

The product was a bit smaller than expected.
