We do not remove anything from the garbanzo bean to make this flour.

Q: Is this organically grown?

It does not say organic anywhere on the bag. It has non-GMO and a couple of other things but not organic.

Q: Is this flour certified gluten free?

Chickpeas are very frequently grown and soloed alongside wheat and barley. Green lentils and chickpeas are the most common sources for cross-contamination. If you were just eating gluten-free, this is not an issue. If you have celiac disease, it is a major issue. Please always check for certifications if you are cooking for somebody with celiac disease.

Q: Is this product made on equipment that also processes peanuts or tree nuts?
