There is only 2 pieces in the package! that’s on me for not checking but sizing runs small and if you have an old woman your trying to keep dry thru the night good luck! I guess they do absorb pretty well but for the price not a great value when your an old woman getting up every hour to pee because of lasix

I generally just use overnight pads at home, but these worked out great during the holidays while staying with relatives. Comfortable, yet didn't bunch up or ride up on me. True to size. Fair price.
