These ones are more sturdy than the OEM ones.
I was hesitant because you have 50 products that look exactly the same listed at different prices. Luckily I chose a good one they are sturdy and work well. I live in an apartment and use the air purifying when cooking skillet food such as bacon to keep the smoke down for the alarms so the smoke filter is perfect for that.

Added filter for pet dander
These filters add an interesting plastic layer to catch smaller particles. Works well with an Australian Cattle Dog & short hair Jack Russel/chihuaha mix. Perpetual shedders. Make sure to wipe the intake grill often to keep unit efficient. Easy to instal.

It started falling apart
When I installed this new filter and then pulled it out again, the seam came unglued. I glued it back and used the other one. Don't think the quality is too good.
