Steak Knives are much nicer than I expected!
Honestly, I was shocked how nice these knives were! They arrived in beautiful gift-case...packaged well. Much heavier than I expected!! Handles and blades compare well with my finest Sabatier kitchen knives. The serrated blades are plenty sharp, but not too sharp. Easily glides thru my tenderloin steak like butter, yet is able to quickly saw-thru my over-cooked pork chop-ha! The tips are angled well for cutting. Overall, this product scores a "10" with me!

I love these knives... they're sharp.,They're just the right weight. They cut through meat like it's butter. I hand wash them and I keep them stored in the case.

Sharp, sharp, sharp!
Very nice knife set and VERY sharp blades. Looks good on my magnetic knife rack. Hope they retain their edges.

Too aggressive but good value
We bought these for steak knives and they are good quality and very sharp. The drawback is that they are too aggressive in their bite. They tend to rip through and grab and tear the meat as you cut.I’m now a bigger fan of non serrated knives that are super high quality and super sharp that don’t tear but they slice beautifully through meat.These are great for the price but I’d recommend Shun classic steak knives.

Holy crap these are sharp!
I finally replaced some knives I had that were just awful.This set is awesome! Super sharp…I’m clutzy so I’m super careful with these because they take hardly any effort at all to SLICE! Watch those fingers.

Gran Calidad y excelente filo
Solo los he usado un par de veces, pero realmente se sienten muy bine hechos y de gran calidad. Son muy cómodos y al tener un mango más pesado que la hoja, logran un excelente balance que permite utilizarlos con un mínimo esfuerzo.Continuaré usándolos para ver cual es la durabilidad del filo
