Very hard to buy these outside of amazon, so glad to find these at a reasonable price here. Using to treat cystic acne from hormonal imbalance and take 2 capsules twice a day works a treat. Using with saw palmetto, zinc, vitamin A and pantothenic acid for a full acne cure which takes overall about a month.

Definitely Spearmint
I've had other spearmint supplements but there is barely any smell of it. This has a strong obviously spearmint smell when you open it. If you looking for the real thing, I think this is it.

If you have hormonal acne then I’d highly suggest purchasing these and circumscribing your topical solutions. Take two capsules a day, use simple cleansers & moisturizers. Try this for one month and I am sure you’ll see a difference if your acne riddles the bottom portion of your face. This treatment has remedied my acne for almost the past year.
