We use this sling for my father to get him in and out of his bed and into his fancy wheelchair. Because of the way the leg part is cut, it is pretty simple to lean his chair back and slip that part out from under him so that we can remove the sling by pulling it up from behind him and not leave him sitting in it all day. Even though he is not a large man any more, we still use the large size. We can get enough of the back part under his butt to make him (and us) feel secure when transporting from bed to chair and back. We do not put him in the shower, but this sling would be good for that due to the mesh material.

I bought this to use as a shower sling for my adult son who has quadriplegia. It does a good job, but I was hoping it would be softer. I have to very attentive when using it to make sure I don’t harm his skin. I also found all of the loops/straps annoying. I ended up cutting off the side loops, feeling like they were more of a hinderance than a help. There was a learning curve, trying to find the best way to position him in the sling. Once we figured out what works for us, it has proven to be a good product.

I bought this sling for use with the Hoyer lift for a relative. It is strong, color coded, and has a 3 point fasten on each side for stability. It also provides a better area for toileting without getting in the way. I wish however it had a soft removable liner, as although we need a strong mesh for patient lifting, it can be irritating to the patient. Laundering is excellent, and we take it in the shower bay too. I can recommend this item.

Works very easily and fast. My 94 year old mother feels secure in it.

So I originally order a large and that was too big for my husband. He is 5”10 and 160 lbs this thing was to long and wide. So I ordered and medium and it fights him just right. Very easy to put on and take off. I like the fact the the cloth that goes around the legs is soft and it contouring. A previous sling I had it was stiff as a board around the legs and I was concerned with skin breakdown, but this product was just what we needed and we have a ceiling lift. I will say straps are very stiff hopefully after use it won’t be.

Obtained this product for my wife, to use for bathing & toileting, using a Hoyer lift. Seems very well made & the size chart helped me select the correct size. The mesh fabric is a bit stiff & would be uncomfortable for prolonged use. It would be helpful if it came with instructions on its use or an available on-line training video. A good product.

Just arrived. Size is as expected. Quality appears adequate. But the stale overpowering smell of mildew is overwhelming and this needs washed before use.

I looked this Sling for when putting me in my Shower chair. It’s much thinner than a regular sling.
