The ad says 100=105 per packet for a total of about 200 for the two packets and I would say that that number would be accurate. I have not really bothered to count.

You could use any oil rated for high temp cooking like canola oil, sunflower oil, palm oil. Please use depending on your preference. Thanks

I just heated my oil and dropped them in. I did find one thing. When they start to brown just a bit, take them out. They continue to cook a bit after out.

This is pani puri so if you want it to puff up then no. You have to fry it for it to puff up.
