I am a sufferer of long Covid and still have not regained my sense of smell (it's been three months at the time of this review). I like using this device in each nostril (utilizing the handy attachment), once a day for 5min. It has helped in healing my olfactory system and I am starting to catch whiffs of new smells here and there. I also utilize this on my face. I put on a hyaluronic acid serum and then gently "wash" my face in the infrared light, again for about 5min once a day. I have great skin (fortunately) but I have noticed an improvement in the texture. My dark spots have faded and my skin feels plumper in the lip area, fine lines diminished. For the price, this little tool gives a great bang for the buck! I also own a Solowave device which I loved but now sits in a drawer because this one is my new and improved go-to. Don't hesitate to buy, just use caution to not shine the light directly into your eyes which can damage them.

I have the most painful tennis elbow that is keeping me from doing practically anything that involves lifting and I cannot work out. My Mother in Law uses red light therapy on her face and her skin always looks so radiant. I decided to try this red-light therapy kit and I am happy that I did. I noticed some improvement in my elbow after only one use. I am really looking forward to seeing continued improvement with future use. The kit comes with eye glasses to protect you from the red light, a battery charger with two rechargeable batteries and an attractive case. The red-light therapy can double as a flashlight/emergency light if needed. It’s a nice little kit and has worked awesome for me!

The device has multiple modes and can be used with or without the scope attachment, to reach small areas such as the nose, ear, or mouth. It comes with a spare battery so you can always have one charged. It has a limited 5-minute time but that seemed to be sufficient. Used on my husband's shoulder and he said he felt relief after the 5 minutes. As this is a handheld device someone else would have to hold it to treat some areas of the body.Comes with glasses to protect your eyes if needed. As I would not have this type of glasses at home this was a big plus for me.Love the case it comes in. Holds everything in one place in a safe manner and is easy to store in a cabinet or drawer.There's limited instructions on using this device but it is pretty easy to figure out with a bit of trial and error. Would suggest to someone wanting to try for some arthritis relief.

I should have listened to previous reviews! I used it ONCE on the day I received it! I was going to return it because after the first use, it immediately shut off after turning it on…in IMMEDIATELY! I was going to return it and then my home was destroyed by Hurricane Beryl, so there it went along with our home and almost everything else…I have no idea where it is now…but it was garbage BEFORE the hurricane, so I doubt it’s any better now. 😒 I got on here specifically to rate this item in hopes that people will not be suckered like me. Please heed my warning as well as others who have had similar experiences…. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

The lamp is very bright and effective, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my skin health and muscle recovery. The lamp is also very portable and easy to use, making it a great addition to my daily routine. Gets warm but not too hot.

I used it for an ear ache and it really improved the pain. Love the infrared option.

This was a great product while it worked. The button on it broke and the company sent me a new one at no cost to me.
